Anne Whitehouse was born
and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and lives in New York City.
She is the author of The Surveyor's Hand (poems) and
Fall Love (novel), which can be downloaded free from

Her second novel, Rosalind's Ring, is a finalist in the
Santa Fe Writers Project Literary Awards. Poems from her collections,
Blessings and Curses (published by Poetic Matrix Press)
and Bear in Mind, and stories from The Bomb Shelter
have appeared widely in literary journals. She is also a critic
and essayist.
